2025 聖誕聯歡會及會員大會
2025 Christmas Party & GM

敬啟者,

本會及本堂定於二零二五年十二月七日（星期日）上午十一時，在本會禮堂舉行聖誕聯歡活動。會上設抽獎，同時聖誕老人會發送禮物給小朋友，并設午餐招待。希望各位踴躍參加，共同慶祝。為了有計畫地準備，凡報名者（包括小朋友），報名請致電808-526-1347 或親臨天祥旅行社(地址:1028 Smith St., #105)。報名日期由十一月二十一日起到十一月三十日止，時間為星期一至星期五上午十一點半時到下午三時正。報名時請提供姓名与會員證號碼。除了打電話也可通過本會的微信群或官方網頁來報名。(seeyupyeeyeetong.wixsite.com/syyyt)
出席時請自帶會員証。名額有限，報名從速，額滿即止。特此通告，希各照知。

To the members of See Yup and Yee Yee Tong,

Our 2025 Christmas Party & GM is scheduled on December 7th, Sunday morning at 11AM. All members are welcome to participate. To plan the event smoothly, all attending members (including children) need to register prior to attending. Registration for the event is from Nov. 21 until Nov. 30th, Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM to 3 PM. Please call (808) 526-1347 or go in-person to Skyway Express (Address: 1028 Smith St., #105) to register by providing your name and member ID #. Please remember to bring your membership card upon event.

本會及本堂 2025年度學習成就獎金由即日起正式開始截止日期為十二月二十八日下午四時。可通過本網頁以下鏈接找到習成就獎金申請表或親臨本會拿申請表。遞表方法可親臨本會來提交或發電子郵件給本會。電子郵件聯繫方法在本頁下方。如通過電子郵件提交請命名電子郵件為姓名 - 2025 學習成就獎金申請。

To the members of See Yup and Yee Yee Tong,

The See Yup Benevolent Society and Yee Yee Tong Academic Achievement Award of 2024 is now open for applications. The deadline is 12/28/2025 at 4:00 PM. To obtain the Academic Achievement Award form, you can find a fillable PDF file on this website through the button on the left, under the Academic Achievement Award page. An application can also be picked up in person at our clubhouse. To submit an application, a physical form with all required documents may be turned in at the clubhouse, or online submission is also welcome. To submit the application physically, please put all required documentation and application in one envelope and drop it in the Academic Achievement Award box located at the clubhouse. For online submission, please email seeyupyeeyeetong@gmail.com. In your email, please name your subject as Last name_First name - 2025 Academic Achievement Award.

Please also attach the following files:

1. The 2025 application (filled-out application file)

2. Your current transcript (Spring 2025 or Summer 2025 will be accepted if Fall 2025 is not yet available)

3. Your class schedule in correspondence to your submitted transcript

4. Any other supplements (extra pages answering the questions on the backside of the application)
