How to Apply for Academic Achievement Award

1. 填寫學習成就獎金申請表格

  • 表格可通過本網頁填寫

  • 親臨本會拿申請表

2. 學習成就獎金截止之前提交表格

  • ​可通過電子郵件提交

    • ​電子郵件提交請發給seeyupyeeyeetong@gmail.com。主題需要寫姓_名_學習成就獎金申請

    • 如透過電子郵件提交所需要的相關資料要以附件並發在同一個電子郵件

  • 可親臨本會提交學習成就獎金表格

  • ​提交時申請表同所需文件用信封放在一起並在信封上填寫姓名：學習成就獎金申請

1. Fill out the Academic Achievement Award application

  • Online applications can be found on the website

  • Physical applications can be picked up at the clubhouse

2. Turn in application with all required documentations before the deadline.

  • Online submission, please email seeyupyeeyeetong@gmail.com. In your email, please name your subject as Last name_First name - 2024 Academic Achievement Award. 

    • Please also attach the following files:

      • 1. The 2024 application (filled-out application file)

      • 2. Your current transcript (Spring 2024 or Summer 2024 will be accepted if Fall 2024 is not yet available)

      • 3. Your class schedule in correspondence to your submitted transcript

        • i.e. If you chose to use Summer 2023 transcript, then your class schedule should be of the same semester.

      • 4. Any other supplements (extra pages answering the questions on the backside of the application)

  • Physical submission, please drop off scholarship application via submission box with all required documentation and application form in one envelope labeled with Last Name, First Name Academic Achievement Award
