會員 Membership
想要加入四邑會館以義堂為會員者、本人必須是四邑的後裔(父親的一方後裔)。四邑的四區包括台山、新會、開平和恩平。
To join the See Yup Benevolent Society and Yee Yee Tong, you must be paternal descent (descent on father's side) of See Yup. See Yup (Siyi “Four Districts”) includes the Toy San (Taishan ), Sun Wui (Xinhui ), Hoy Ping (Kaiping ), and Yin Ping (Enping ) districts in Guangdong Province.
入會費用 Membership Dues
資格符合者、請填寫申請表并親臨本會提交會員費用。會員費用只需交一次便可終身享受會員福利。本會只接受現金和支票。
If qualified, please fill out the membership form and turn it in person at the clubhouse along with lifetime membership fees. Only cash and checks are accepted.
會員證 Membership Card
會員證在申請第一次入會時、會員證是免費、會員證的更新亦是免費。如果遺失會員證需補領就需要交手續費二十元美金。本會只接受現金和支票。
First-time applicants applying for membership are given their membership card for free, renewals are also free as well. However, if a member does lose or have misplaced their membership card, the member can apply for a duplicate but will need to turn in a non-refundable handling fee of $20. Only cash and checks are accepted.
