由于疫情關係，本會及本堂決定取消定於二零二一年九月十九日（星期日）的中秋迎月聯歡會及會員大會。
同时，因应疫情在未来的情况不明，为了各位会员的健康着想，做了以下安排。本會及本堂的選舉委員會擬定了2022年的新班職員提名名单。以三个星期为限，如在十月一日前没能收到会员的任何意见或新的提名，本會及本堂便會按照擬定名單來選2022年的新班職員。特此通告，希各照知。 To All,
Due to the recent increase in positive cases of COVID, the board has decided to cancel the Mid-Autumn Festival & GM that was scheduled for Sunday, September 19, 2021. At the same time, due to the same reasoning as above as well as considering the health and safety of our members, the following decision has been made. The board's election committee has drafted a nomination list of new officers of the 2022 board. Within three weeks, if no comments nor new nominations from members are received before October 1, the election committee will select new officers for 2022 according to the drafted list.
