為了各位會員的健康著想，做了以下安排。本會及本堂的選舉委員會擬定了2023年的新版職員提名名單。以三個星期為限，如在十一月四日前沒能收到會員的任何意見或新的提名，本會及本堂便按照擬定名單來選2023年的新班職員。特此通告，希各照知。
To the members of See Yup and Yee Yee Tong,
With considering the health and safety of our members, the following decision has been made. The board's election committee has drafted a nomination list of new officers of the 2023 board. Within three weeks, if no comments nor new nominations from members are received before November 4th, the election committee will select new officers for 2023 according to the drafted list. Thank you for your cooperation and support.
